About Us

The City of Shelton is a local government serving over 10,000 Shelton residents. We are governed by our City Council and have 9 departments: Accounting, Community Development, Customer Service, Finance, Fire (Central Mason Fire & EMS), Human Resources, Parks and Recreation, Police, and Public Works. We employ 103 individuals in a wide variety of roles, but that have one central value in common: the dedication to make Shelton an incredible place to live.
