About Us
Our Home Care Agency provides non-medical services in a person's own home, to increase their length of stay at home, as opposed to facility living. The care may be as simple as companionship, meal preparation, household chores, transportation to appointments & shopping, or as complex as bathing, dressing, safely transferring wheelchairbound clients or feeding clients unable to do this for themselves.
Catholic Community Services offers a broad spectrum of care. Shifts can be provided from a minimum of two hours once a week to twenty-four hours per day. The supervisor can work with the client and or case managers, to develop a suitable plan of care meeting individual needs.
