Description
The Salmon Center invites participants to a Yoga & Herbs class led by Michelle Pugh from Joonbug Yoga. The session begins with a 45-minute yoga flow, followed by a hands-on workshop where attendees will create their own healing salve using Michelle’s homemade rosemary-infused oil. This unique class offers a blend of relaxation, movement, and herbal crafting in a serene setting.
