Description
Gather together at the Salmon Center for a cozy evening of gentle yoga, deep breathing and relaxing guided meditation (30 minutes) followed with an herbal infused lip balm making and essential oil aromatherapy session (1 hour) to soothe the senses during the cooler months. Michelle offers a variety of modifications for all levels of experience. All ages from 10 up are encouraged to join in! Winter inspired healthy herbal snacks and herbal teas made by Joonbug Yoga will be available during the class. Enjoy informative handouts and take home goodies to go!
