Join Sparky Mountain Wellness & Arts for this workshop that is designed for everyone and will be extra beneficial for massage therapists!
What it entails:
- Brief description of Ayurvedic doshas
- Understanding what oils to use for various skin issues and body types.
- Understading when oils can actually not be the best to use, and what you can use instead.
- Addressing base oils in addition to essential oils and how they affect the doshas
- Ayurvedic specialty oils for certain skin conditions
- Oils for skin first aid
- You will leave with a bottle of massage oil that you create yourself.
