Hama Hama Oyster Class
A shucking lesson followed by lots of practice as you work your way through comparative oyster tasting of bivalves near and far. Classes include 2 dozen oysters of at least 4-6 different types, snacks, handouts, wine and beer pairings and a tour of the ouster farm facility.
