Description
Celebrate the full moon with a cozy candlelight yoga class. This 90-minute session, led by Michelle Pugh, owner of Joonbug Yoga, includes all-levels yoga, guided yoga nidra meditation, sound healing bowls, mantra, and herbal tea. The resort provides a limited number of yoga mats, though participants are welcome to bring their own props for added comfort. Open to all, this class offers a serene and rejuvenating experience in a peaceful setting.
