Description
Celebrate the full moon with a cozy candlelight yoga class.. This 90-minute session is open to all levels and includes yoga, guided Yoga Nidra meditation, sound healing bowls, mantra, and herbal tea. The class is led by Michelle Pugh, owner of Joonbug Yoga. Yoga mats are available for use through the resort, though participants are welcome to bring their own props for added comfort.
Upon arrival, guests are asked to check in at the front desk for the class location, which may be held inside the resort or outdoors on the waterfront during warmer months.
