Description
Celebrate the full moon with a cozy candlelight yoga class at Alderbrook Resort & Spa. This 90-minute all-levels class includes a full moon-themed yoga practice with mantra, chakra balancing, and concludes with yoga Nidra meditation to ease into the evening. Led by Michelle Pugh of Joonbug Yoga, the class is open to all. The resort provides infused water and yoga mats, though participants are welcome to bring their own supplies.
