Start Fall with Yoga! This cozy indoor offering will be held in the Olympic Ballroom West at Alderbrook Resort and Spa! Join Michelle Pugh (Owner, Joonbug Yoga), Rose Daley (Owner, Emerald Wellness) and Hope Longshore (Massage Practitioner, Sweet Thyme Massage) for this 2 hour all levels wellness experience at Alderbrook Resort and Spa! Welcome the shift of seasons from Summer to Fall with supportive and gentle holistic healing practices that soothe the body, mind and spirit including: Gentle all levels yoga and guided yoga Nidra Meditation with a Fall theme, sound healing with crystal bowls designed to balance the chakras/energy centers with Michelle Herbal self care support with Rose and self massage techniques with Hope for deep rest and rejuvenation Date: Sunday, September 20th, 2026 Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Cost: $65.00 per person.
