Description
Celebrate the arrival of Fall with a three-hour retreat at Alderbrook Resort & Spa, presented by Joonbug Yoga. Open to all, the afternoon includes gentle yoga, breath work, meditation, journaling, aromatherapy, tea making, sound healing, and more.
The retreat takes place Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 1:00p to 4:00p. Cost is $105 per person; pre-registration is required by November 1.
