Description
Come learn all about the medicinal components of some of your kitchen spices, your garden herbs, new Ayurvedic herbs, and plants in the forest!
We will go over some Ayurvedic information regarding summertime and signs and symptoms that you can recognize in your body and what will help.
You will learn new things and leave with treats you create yourself!
