This is a mono-diet cleanse from Sparky Mountain Wellness is where, for seven days, you’ll eat the same meal for lunch and dinner, with a few different options available for breakfast. The program includes two Zoom meetings, recipes, a shopping list, daily routines, and check-ins. Jessica will be available throughout the week to answer questions and provide support for any challenges that arise.
