Join Jessica Dean from Sparky Mountain Wellness in this 30 day challenge. This approach is exactly as it sounds—focusing on whole foods instead of processed ones. You’ll only consume what you prepare from whole ingredients, avoiding anything pre-packaged or processed. Jessica highly recommends this for everyone, as it’s one of the simplest ways to give your body a break and support better health. A Facebook group will be available for participants to share recipes, exchange tips, and engage in discussions. Unlike Whole30, this method doesn’t restrict entire food groups, making it more flexible and sustainable.
