Description
Join Michele from Joonbug Yoga for a 45-minute all-levels yoga class designed to explore the healing benefits of yoga poses, harmonized with the properties of herbs featured in the session (e.g., calming poses to support the nervous system). Following the yoga practice, participants will enjoy a 30-minute herbal tea-making workshop in the Salmon Center kitchen, where they'll learn to craft soothing blends inspired by the class themes.
