Sound Scholars 2023 Fall Term

Classes are 30 minutes long and students attend every weekday during the ten-week term in Winter, Spring and Fall. Students can enroll anytime during the year, and most families attend year-round. The upcoming 2023 Sound Scholar Fall Term will begin Monday September 11 and run weekdays through Friday November 17 at the following times:
12:30 PM Pacific – ENGLISH
2:00 PM Pacific – SPANISH/MAM/Q’ANJOB’AL
2:30 PM Pacific – ENGLISH
4:00 PM Pacific – ENGLISH
Fees/Admission
While there is no enrollment fee or tuition, participation requires parental/family support during and between class sessions, a tablet or laptop, and a strong internet connection.
Description
Great Bend Center for Music’s early learning program, Sound Scholars™, isn’t just a fast-paced and fun daily music class in the acclaimed El Sistema model. The program also uses music as a way to build kindergarten readiness and the social emotional skills needed for long-term academic success.
