Sound Bath with Joonbug Yoga at the Civic Center

First Friday Sound Baths at the City of Shelton Civic Center About the Event Soothe your body, mind and spirit with a relaxing 60 minute sound bath provided by Michelle Pugh, Owner of Joonbug Yoga via the City of Shelton Parks and Recreation Program! Each session will include a guided breathing exercise, mindful guided meditation and sound bath using crystal sound healing bowls, chimes, etc. to calm the nervous system and bring deep restoration inside and out. Participants are encouraged to receive the sound healing session while lying down on a yoga mat or bring a blanket, pillow or other props you prefer for added comfort. Chairs will be provided for those who would prefer to sit in a chair during the session. Please register on the City of Shelton's Parks and Recreation website. This class will be added to the Fall Parks and Rec. offerings. Thank you for your warm support! Time: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on the first Friday of each month from September through December!
